BESPOKE DESIGN PROCESS
1. CONNECT & BOOK A CONSULTATION
Begin by reaching out to us at nl@maisonlipowa.com to share your ideas, wishes, and questions, and to schedule your one-to-one consultation with the designer.
Consultations may be held in person (Madrid) or virtually. During this meeting, we’ll guide you through our design process, gem selection, and discuss the details of your jewellery project.
2. GEM SELECTION, PRICING & DESIGN BRIEF
Following your consultation, we prepare a tailored quotation based on your chosen gemstones and precious metals.
For engagement rings and larger gemstone pieces, we curate a personalized selection of diamonds and gems for you to choose from.
At this stage, a deposit is placed. Depending on your project, we may provide sketches, 3D renderings, or image briefs. Once the design is approved, we proceed to crafting.
3. CRAFTSMANSHIP
Every Maison Lipowa piece is made by hand in Spain or Poland, using traditional techniques that honor both process and craft. Your jewel may be hand-carved in wax or hand-forged in our atelier, depending on the design.
Fully bespoke creations require approximately 4–6 weeks for completion depending on the complexity. Delivery and shipping times depend on your location and the value of the piece. We work exclusively with specialized jewellery couriers and insured providers to ensure safe arrival.

We specialise in bespoke jewellery remakes, transforming heirloom gold pieces into modern designs that feel personal, elegant, and wearable again. Whether reworking inherited diamonds, resetting coloured gemstones, or redesigning unworn jewellery into something entirely new, each remake is developed in close collaboration with you. Our approach combines contemporary fine jewellery design with traditional craftsmanship, giving sentimental pieces a new life while honoring their history.

Our fine jewellery repair service in Madrid is dedicated to restoring treasured pieces with precision & care. From ring resizing to chain repairs, polishing, clasp replacement, and diamond or gemstone resetting & maintenance, every repair is carried out to the highest standards in our Madrid fine jewellery atelier. We work with solid gold, platinum and fine materials, using the same craftsmanship and attention to detail found in high jewellery houses — ensuring your jewellery feels beautifully renewed while preserving its original character.
