Some jewels begin with a blank page. An engagement ring, a wedding band, or a pendant created entirely for you — designed, sketched, and crafted in dialogue with your story.

BESPOKE DESIGN PROCESS
1. CONNECT & BOOK A CONSULTATION
Begin by reaching out to us at nl@maisonlipowa.com to share your ideas, wishes, and questions, and to schedule your one-to-one consultation with the designer.
Consultations may be held in person (Madrid) or virtually. During this meeting, we’ll guide you through our design process, gem selection, and discuss the details of your jewellery project.
2. GEM SELECTION, PRICING & DESIGN BRIEF
Following your consultation, we prepare a tailored quotation based on your chosen gemstones and precious metals.
For engagement rings and larger gemstone pieces, we curate a personalized selection of diamonds and gems for you to choose from.
At this stage, a deposit is placed. Depending on your project, we may provide sketches, 3D renderings, or image briefs. Once the design is approved, we proceed to crafting.
3. CRAFTSMANSHIP
Every Maison Lipowa piece is made by hand in Spain or Poland, using traditional techniques that honor both process and craft. Your jewel may be hand-carved in wax or hand-forged in our atelier, depending on the design.
Fully bespoke creations require approximately 4–6 weeks for completion depending on the complexity. Delivery and shipping times depend on your location and the value of the piece. We work exclusively with specialized jewellery couriers and insured providers to ensure safe arrival.
