ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Polish-born Creative Director & Designer Natalia Lech’s, work is shaped by memory, heritage, and a lifelong fascination with the beauty of everyday objects.
At the heart of Maison Lipowa is nostalgia — memories of childhood, stories passed down through generations, familiar objects, places and rituals. Natalia reimagines these fragments of the past through a distinctly modern romantic lens, creating jewellery that feels personal, tactile and quietly expressive.
Her designs often begin with a memory, a feeling or a symbol, translated into hand-carved wax and cast in precious metals and natural gemstones. Designed between Spain and Poland, each piece is made to feel like a small object with a story — something to live with, wear often and eventually pass on.
Natalia’s relationship with jewellery began in childhood with a fascination for rocks and minerals. She later studied jewellery design at the Hong Kong Design Institute and gemology with the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Her experience working with a bespoke jeweller in Hong Kong, alongside years spent around fine jewellery workshops in Hong Kong, London and Spain, shaped her approach to craftsmanship and design.
Maison Lipowa is ultimately about turning memories into objects — creating jewellery that carries a little piece of a story with it.
